Shipping Methods:

    • Slovenská pošta: A traditional courier service that delivers to any address within Slovakia.
    • Zásielkovňa: A reliable service that allows delivery to your home address or one of our selected pickup locations.
    • DPD: An international courier service that offers fast delivery to your address.
    • Packeta (Heureka): A popular service in Central Europe that delivers directly to your home or a selected pickup location.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs depend on your location and selected delivery method:

  • Slovenská pošta / Zásielkovňa / Packeta (Slovakia): starting at 3.50 € up to 5.90 € depending on the destination.
  • Delivery to EU countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria, and others): Shipping costs range from 6.90 € to 12.90 € depending on the country and delivery method.

Parcel Tracking:

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a parcel tracking link so you can follow the delivery progress.

Delivery Times:

  • Slovakia: Typically 3 to 5 business days.
  • EU Countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria, and others): Typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery country.

Payment Methods:

We offer several secure payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you:

  • Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro): You can pay directly through our secure payment gateway.
  • PayPal: A secure payment method using your PayPal account.
  • Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we will send you an invoice after your order is completed with the details needed to pay to our bank account.
  • Cash on Delivery: This payment method is only available for customers in Slovakia. Payment is made to the courier upon delivery.
