Our Returns and Exchange Policy

We believe you will be satisfied with our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a simple and fair returns and exchange policy for you.

Return Conditions:

• Return Deadline: You have the right to return items within 14 days of the delivery date. If you ordered products as a gift, returns are possible within 14 days of the date the gift was delivered to you.
• Item Condition: Goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or accessories. If the product has been opened or used, the return may be rejected.
• Refund: After receiving the returned goods, we will refund your payment to the same payment method used at purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
• Return Exceptions: It is not possible to return goods that have been customized to the customer's specific requirements (e.g., personalized products). If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, contact us before returning.

How to Return or Exchange Goods

1. Contact Us: Send us an email at info.eu.origami@gmail.com with details about your order (order number, product name, reason for return).
2. Prepare and Ship the Package: After confirming your return request, we will provide you with information on where to send the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
3. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for another one (e.g., size or color), include this in your message when contacting us. For exchanges, the new product will be shipped at your expense.

Claims: If you receive damaged goods or goods with defects, contact us immediately. We will ensure your claim is resolved as quickly as possible at our company's expense.
