Our Return and Exchange Policy

We believe you'll be satisfied with our products, but if you're not completely happy with your order, we have a simple and fair return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions:

• Return Period: You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the delivery date. If you ordered products as a gift, returns are possible within 14 days from the date the gift was delivered to you.
• Condition of Goods: The goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories. If the product has been opened or used, the return may be refused.
• Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your money to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
• Exceptions to Returns: Goods that have been modified according to specific customer requirements (e.g., customized products) cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before returning it.

How to Return or Exchange Goods:

1. Contact Us: Send us an email at info.eu.origami@gmail.com with your order information (order number, product name, reason for return).
2. Prepare and Send the Shipment: After confirming your return request, we will provide you with information on where to send the product. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for another (e.g., size or color), please state this in your message when contacting us. In the case of an exchange, the new product will be sent at your expense.

Complaints: If you receive damaged goods or goods with defects, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that your complaint is handled as soon as possible and at our company's expense.
