2. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") regulate the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer when concluding a purchase agreement through the seller's online store.

The buyer is a natural or legal person who has submitted an electronic order processed by the online store system.

3. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

The purchase agreement is concluded by the buyer sending an order and the seller confirming it. Order confirmation will be sent to the buyer's email address.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the goods cannot be delivered, or if the buyer has provided incorrect data.

4. Prices of Goods

All prices of goods are listed without VAT (the seller is not a VAT payer) and without shipping costs. Prices are valid at the time of order.

5. Payment Terms

The buyer can pay for the goods in the following ways:

Online card payment
Bank transfer
Cash on delivery (subject to availability)

6. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered through the following shipping companies:

Packeta
GLS

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days from order confirmation and payment receipt. In case of unavailability of goods, the buyer will be informed by email.

Shipping costs are indicated when selecting the delivery method during the order process.

7. Withdrawal from the Contract – Consumer's Right

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the buyer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Notification of withdrawal from the contract must be sent to the email address: info.eu.origami@gmail.com

After withdrawing from the contract, the buyer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days. The seller will refund all payments to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal, but no later than after receiving the returned goods.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

8. Complaints and Warranty Conditions

The sold goods are covered by a warranty period of 24 months in accordance with Slovak legislation.

The seller will process the complaint within 30 days of its submission.

9. Personal Data Protection

The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 regulation and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will not be provided to third parties without the buyer's consent, with the exception of shipping companies.

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The buyer has the right to contact the seller with a request for redress if they are not satisfied with the way the seller handled their complaint or if they believe that the seller has violated their rights.

If the seller responds negatively to the buyer's request or does not respond to it within 30 days of its submission, the buyer has the right to submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution to an alternative dispute resolution entity.

11. Final Provisions

These GTC are valid and effective from their publication on the seller's website. The seller reserves the right to change these GTC. Changes become effective on the day of their publication.

Legal relations not regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. the Civil Code, Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection, and other valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
